The Sage Distribution Duo is a versatile 2-in-1 tool that both breaks up lumps in ground coffee and distributes coffee evenly for stable espresso extraction. With eight removable pins that you can position straight or at an angle, the tool helps effectively smooth the coffee bed.

The dividing surface contains three angled blades that you can rotate in either direction, providing an even surface for precise pressing and preventing grooves during extraction, resulting in a better-balanced shot. In addition, you can adjust the height of the dividing surface to perfectly match the grinding depth to the drip plate and filter bowl size.
